After the Mission

1) STSM Report
Within 4 weeks from the completion date of the STSM, the Exchange Scientist is required to send the following three emails:

  • An email to the Assessment Panel Chair containing the STSM report. See Appendix 2, Section STSM Report Evaluation for the sections than need to be addressed in the report.
  • An email to the Grant Holder containing the completed payment request form (Appendix 8), together with the report summary (up to 1-page).
  • A copy of the report to the HOST Institution. Furthermore, the Exchange Scientist must make sure that the Host Institution sends an email to the AP Chair indicating the successful completion of the STSM (Email template Appendix 6).

2) Review/Successful Completion
The AP Chair will circulate the report to the AP Committee. When the review is complete, the AP Chair will send an email to the Grant Holder, indicating the successful completion of the STSM and authorizing the payment (Email template Appendix 7).The email should include as attachment the STSM report as well as the HOST successful completion letter.

3) Reimbursement
The Grant Holder will make the payment.

4) Action database update
The Grant Holder will arrange that the report be uploaded to the internal area of the website.
